Key Responsibilities: Recruits, trains, and manages a team of independent insurance agents. Drives sales targets and business development activities for specific insurance products (life, health, or general). Provides on-field support and motivation to the agency channel to maximize policy sales. Monitors agent performance, ensures training compliance, and maintains market presence.
Ed. Qualification: Graduate degree (any stream). IRDAI Agent Certification is usually a prerequisite or acquired immediately after joining.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales, banking, or financial services, with a focus on team management and direct sales.
Age Limit: 23–32 Years (Varies by company and state).
