Description:

Role Summary: Responsible for the secure and timely transportation of mail bags between sorting offices, railway stations, and post offices, often involving driving official vehicles.

• Key Responsibilities: Drives official departmental vehicles (vans, trucks) to transport mail and parcels between various hubs. Ensures the security and accountability of all mail bags during transit. Maintains the vehicle logbook and reports mechanical issues promptly.

• Ed. Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass. Must possess a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) driving license and experience in driving.

• Experience: 3–5 years of documented driving experience, often with basic mechanical knowledge.

• Age Limit: 18–27 Years.

• Selection Process: Written Examination (General Knowledge, Traffic Rules). Driving Skill Test (Mandatory). Interview.
