Description:

Role Summary: A supervisory and inspection role ensuring the efficient functioning, financial probity, and operational compliance of post offices in a sub-division.

• Key Responsibilities: Responsible for auditing and ensuring the efficient functioning and financial compliance of a group of post offices within a sub-division. Investigates complex customer complaints, administrative irregularities, and cases of fraud. Reports findings to the Superintendent of Posts.

• Ed. Qualification: Graduation from a recognized university.

• Experience: Promotion post for experienced PAs, or direct recruitment through a competitive exam.

• Age Limit: 21–30 Years (for direct entry).

• Selection Process: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) or Union PSC Exam. Written Exam (Advanced Postal Rules, Finance, Auditing). Interview.
