Description:

Role Summary: An administrative officer responsible for maintaining the courtroom workflow, managing case files, and assisting the Judge directly during proceedings.

  • Key Responsibilities: Manages all case filings and documents, prepares and issues summonses, warrants, and court orders. Maintains the official court diary (cause list). Assists the Judge directly during hearings by ensuring procedural compliance and recording official statements/depositions.

  • Ed. Qualification: Graduate degree (any stream). Proficiency in typing (English/Local Language) and computer operations is mandatory.

  • Experience: Freshers are often eligible, but prior clerical or administrative experience in a government office is a plus.

  • Age Limit: 21–30 Years.

  • Selection Process: Written Clerical Test (General Knowledge, Law Terminology). Computer Proficiency Test (Typing Speed/Data Entry). Personal Interview.
