Description:

Role Summary: Provides in-house legal consultation, drafts contracts, and handles civil litigation for a specific government body or department (e.g., Municipality, Electricity Board).

  • Key Responsibilities: Provides in-house legal consultation to the management on executive decisions. Drafts and reviews contracts, tenders, and agreements to protect the department's interests. Advises on regulatory compliance and represents the department in civil litigation matters.

  • Ed. Qualification: LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) or LL.M. (Master of Laws).

  • Experience: 3–7 years of specialized experience in corporate law, litigation, or regulatory compliance, preferably within the PSU/Government sector.

  • Age Limit: 28–38 Years.

  • Selection Process: Written Exam (Administrative Law, Contract Law, Service Law). Interview (Focusing on Legal Drafting and Advisory Skills). Document Verification.
