Role Summary: Responsible for the accurate valuation, assessment, and collection of local revenue, including property tax and various municipal fees.
Key Responsibilities: Conducts the valuation and assessment of property for taxation purposes. Determines and collects property tax, water tariffs, and other municipal fees to ensure revenue targets are met. Maintains records of property ownership and tax liabilities and addresses taxpayer disputes.
Ed. Qualification: Graduate degree in Commerce, Economics, or Public Administration.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or local tax/revenue collection procedures is beneficial.
Age Limit: 21–32 Years.
Selection Process: Written Exam (Revenue Law, Local Finance, General Studies). Computer Proficiency Test (for data entry and tax software). Personal Interview.
