Role Summary: A specialist role managing the city's physical development, creating master plans, and enforcing construction and zoning laws.
Key Responsibilities: Develops and revises the City Master Plan for long-term growth. Implements and enforces zoning laws. Processes and approves large-scale building plans and construction permits. Takes action against and controls unauthorized construction and land encroachment.
Ed. Qualification: Bachelor's in Architecture or Civil Engineering AND Master’s degree in Town/Urban/Regional Planning.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in urban development or planning agencies, with knowledge of GIS mapping and planning software.
Age Limit: 28–35 Years.
Selection Process: Written Exam (Planning Laws, GIS Technology, Urban Design). Portfolio/Project Presentation (Demonstrating planning skills). Interview.
