Description:

Role Summary: Teaching specialized subjects to Class 11 and 12 (Senior Secondary) students, preparing them for board examinations and higher education.

• Key Responsibilities: Delivering in-depth subject-specific knowledge (e.g., Physics, History, Commerce). Designing engaging lesson plans and providing hands-on learning experiences. Conducting internal assessments and grading answer sheets. Actively mentoring students regarding subject choice and exam preparation.

• Ed. Qualification: Post-Graduate degree in the relevant subject + B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory. Must have cleared the TET/NET examination where applicable.

• Experience: Freshers with the required qualification are often eligible; 1-2 years experience is highly valued.

• Age Limit: Up to 40 Years (with relaxations as per government rules).

• Selection Process: Competitive Written Exam (Subject Knowledge, Teaching Methodology). Teaching Demonstration/Practical (Mandatory to assess delivery skills). Personal Interview.
