The Ground Operations Manager is responsible for the efficient coordination and swift execution of all activities required during an aircraft's turnaround time at the airport. This involves managing baggage handling, coordinating fueling, supervising check-in and boarding gates, allocating staff and equipment, and ensuring strict adherence to the airline's schedule to prevent flight delays. They also manage ground safety protocols.
 

Recruitment Details:

* Ed. Qualification: Graduate in Aviation Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.

* Experience: 3–7 years of supervisory experience in airport operations, logistics, or a related field. Knowledge of IATA and airport procedures is essential.

* Age Limit: 25–35 years (Relaxation as per company policy).

* Selection Process: Written Test (Operations/Logistics Knowledge)  Case Study/Situation Test  Interview Airport Security Clearance.
