The Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) is a highly specialized technical role responsible for certifying an aircraft as airworthy after conducting scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. They perform deep troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical defects, execute complex repairs, and meticulously document all work according to strict DGCA guidelines. Their signature carries legal responsibility for the aircraft's safety.


 

Recruitment Details:

 

* Ed. Qualification: AME License from a DGCA-approved institute (B.Tech/B.E. in Aeronautical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is often a plus). Must hold specific Type Rating licenses for the aircraft being maintained.

 

* Experience: 2–5 years of documented experience in line or base maintenance is typical for initial hiring.

 

* Age Limit: 21–32 years (Relaxation as per company policy).

 

* Selection Process: Technical Written Test (Aircraft Systems) Practical Skill Assessment  Personal Interview Security Clearance.
