They must maintain high proficiency in both instrument and visual flight rules and strictly comply with DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) regulations.
Recruitment Details:
* Ed. Qualification: 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics. Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) or Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL). Valid Class I Medical Certificate.
* Experience: Varies. Fresh CPL holders start as First Officers. Captains require thousands of flight hours (e.g., 5000+ hours) and type rating on the specific aircraft.
* Age Limit: 21–35 years (First Officer); up to 65 years (Captain, subject to regulatory limits).
* Selection Process: Written Aptitude Test Psychometric Evaluation Simulator Flying Test Technical Interview Medical Examination.
