Description:

Role Summary: Provides professional therapeutic, relaxation, and medical massage services to clients to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote healing.

• Key Responsibilities: Consults with clients to assess specific needs, medical history, and problem areas. Performs various massage techniques (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Aromatherapy) using specialized knowledge. Maintains client notes and recommends a follow-up treatment plan. Ensures the treatment room is sterile and comfortable.

• Ed. Qualification: Completion of a comprehensive Massage Therapy Certification program (500 to 1000 hours of training). Must possess any relevant State/National Registration or License.

• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a professional spa, clinic, or resort setting.

• Age Limit: 22–35 Years.

• Selection Process: Written Exam (Anatomy, Physiology). Practical Demonstration Test (Mandatory). Interview (Assessing Communication and Client Handling).
