Role Summary: Provides therapeutic body and skin treatments, such as massages, facials, and hydrotherapy, focusing on relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities: Performs various types of massage (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, Ayurveda) and specialized body treatments. Consults with guests to assess specific needs, pain points, and preferences. Ensures the treatment room is hygienic and maintained. Provides advice on aftercare, product usage, and relaxation techniques. Strictly adheres to scheduled treatment times and professional conduct guidelines.
Ed. Qualification: Diploma or Certificate in Spa Therapy, Cosmetology, or Massage Therapy. Excellent communication and grooming standards are essential.
Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a professional spa, clinic, or resort setting is typically required.
Age Limit: 22–35 Years.
Selection Process: Written Exam (Anatomy, Product Knowledge). Practical Skill Test/Demo (Mandatory, assessing massage technique). Interview (Service Attitude and Client Handling).
