Description:

Role Summary: Provides personalized food and beverage service to guests in the hotel's restaurants, banquet halls, or via in-room dining (Room Service).

• Key Responsibilities: Takes accurate food and beverage orders from guests. Serves items promptly and professionally, adhering to standard service sequences. Handles minor guest complaints and clears/resets tables. Upsells menu items and manages billing with accuracy.

• Ed. Qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) minimum. Diploma/Certificate in F&B Service is highly preferred.

• Experience: Freshers are eligible, but good communication and a pleasing personality are essential.

• Age Limit: 18–25 Years.

• Selection Process: Written Aptitude Test (Basic F&B terms). Grooming and Etiquette Check. Interview (Assessing Service Attitude and Communication).
