Description:

Role Summary: Oversees the cleanliness, maintenance, and visual standards of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities: Supervises Room Attendants and Public Area Attendants. Conducts daily room inspections to ensure they meet the hotel's cleanliness standards. Manages staff rosters, inventory of linen and cleaning supplies, and ensures timely reporting of maintenance faults.

• Ed. Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Housekeeping Operations.

• Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar supervisory role within a hotel.

• Age Limit: 25–35 Years.

• Selection Process: Written Test (Hygiene Standards, Inventory Management). Practical Assessment (Room Check demonstration). Interview (Supervisory and Problem-Solving Skills).
