Role Summary: The first point of contact for all guests, responsible for check-in/check-out, managing reservations, and addressing guest requests and queries.
Key Responsibilities: Efficiently handles guest check-ins and check-outs, manages room inventory and allocates rooms. Handles cash and billing transactions. Coordinates with Housekeeping for room status and Maintenance for immediate repairs. Provides information about hotel facilities and local area attractions.
Ed. Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Tourism. Strong command of English and one local language is mandatory.
Experience: Freshers from Hotel Management institutes are highly preferred. 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial.
Age Limit: Typically 20–28 Years.
Selection Process: Written Aptitude Test (Basic Math, English). Group Discussion. Personal Interview (Assessing Communication and Presentation Skills).
